Neomycin Sulphate Base 0.2% W/W
Clotrimazole is a antifungal with broad-spectrum asnd is structurally derived from imidazole and triazole. Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a potent glucocorticoid steroid which is a prodrug is activated inside the cell. Neomycin is aminoglycoside antibiotic used topically to treat infection caused by bacteria and is ineffective against viral and fungal infection but the combination can be used to treat fungal infection.

Mechanism of Action
Clotrimazole inhibits fungus growth by inhibiting the division. It alters the permeability of the fungal cell wall by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol and other sterols required for cell membrane production that eventually leads to cell death. It also inhibits the activity of enzymes within the cell.
Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid used to help relieve redness, swelling, itching, and other discomfort of fungus infections. It may work by increasing the transcription of genes coding for anti-inflammatory proteins, including lipocortin-1 and interleukin-10. Corticosteroids suppress the multiple inflammatory gene expression by promoting histone deacetylation, resulting in tighter coiling of DNA and reduced access of transcription factors to their binding sites.
Neomycin works by "irreversibly" binding to specific 30S-subunit proteins and 16S rRNA leads to misreading of mRNA so incorrect amino acids are inserted into the polypeptide leading to nonfunctional or toxic proteins which ultimately kills the cell.
